What data we process and why
Enquiries, valuation, call-back requests — name, phone, e-mail, town, message, uploaded photos, the subject of the enquiry. Purpose: answering your enquiry and making an offer. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Source data — which page and which advertisement you came from (e.g. UTM parameters, Google Ads click ID). Purpose: measuring advertising effectiveness. We do not store your IP address, only an irreversible hash used to prevent abuse.
Statistics and ad measurement — only with your cookie consent (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel). See the cookie policy.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically, unless the law requires longer retention.
Processors
Hosting provider; e-mail delivery; Telegram (internal notification of new enquiries); Google and Meta (only with consent).
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and withdraw consent at [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, www.naih.hu).
